Inferring the Relationship between Anxiety and Extraversion from Tweets during COVID19 – A Linguistic Analytics Approach

We investigate the longitudinal relationship between extraversion and experienced state anxiety in a cohort of Twitter users New York using linguistic analytics approach. find that before COVID-19 was declared pandemic, highly extraverted individuals lower compared to more introverted individuals. This is line with previous literature. However, there seem be no significant differences after pandemic announcement, which provides evidence affecting regardless their trait disposition. Finally, examination present data shows seems matter greatly early days crisis towards end our examined time range. Throughout crisis, did not vary much different dispositions.
